General information

Your rooms are available from 15:00 on the day of arrival and until 11:00 on the day of departure.
The hotel rooms and public areas have free WLAN access.
Please note that smoking in our rooms is only permitted on the balcony or terrace.
A guest PC and printer are available for free use in our reception foyer.
Dogs are only accepted in specified room categories and in limited numbers.
We charge 15.00 euros per dog per day without food.
Dogs are not allowed in the restaurant, the hotel bar, the Vernissage and the entire wellness area.
Subject to availability, you can take your dog with you to our fireplace corner at mealtimes.
A limited number of parking spaces in front of the hotel can be used free of charge.
We charge 10.00 euros per day for an underground parking space.
Our prices include service and statutory VAT.
We reserve the right to adjust prices in the event of an increase in VAT.
The visitor’s tax will be charged additionally (currently 3.50 Euro per person/day)
You can pay your hotel bill in cash, with your Eurocheque card, Visa or MasterCard. MAESTRO Eurocheque cards are limited to a daily limit of 1,000.00 euros.
Services not used cannot be refunded.
Cancellation of room reservations up to and including 4 nights is free of charge up to 2 days before arrival. Cancellations of 5 nights or more are free of charge up to 7 days before arrival. After that, we will charge 80% of the accommodation price in the form of a voucher, which you can use at a later date.
We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance as a precaution.
